I had a pretty good stay here over New Year! The location is super handy with some great restaurants and a convenience store right downstairs. The place feels super fresh and clean, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. I loved the little extras they offered at check-in, really set a nice tone for my trip!
But, man, I was bummed about the lack of food options on the weekend. If you get in late, good luck finding a meal! The shower was a disaster too—water spills out all over the floor. Plus, no breakfast services made for a pretty rough start to my days. I wouldn’t recommend it for a short stay, especially if you’re expecting a bit more.

The location is central, very close to quiet in the industrial area restaurants beside the hotel4ks to Sylvia Park. Don't forget to explore Howick district...

The room was good modern and high standard with large bathroom and an electric kettle, a microwave, and climate control. The staff were excellent friendly and affable at all times. The location of the hotel was amazing, to Mt Smart stadium:)))

I got excellent value for my money with a modern, clean apartment that had everything a business traveler could need. The location was perfect for my work, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

I was really frustrated when I checked in. They charged a hefty bond to my husband's card without a heads-up, and when I went to pay, they insisted I show ID. Who carries a passport all the time? Super annoying!

The self-catering facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals, and everything in the suite seemed well-maintained. I especially appreciated the helpful staff and having a dedicated parking space, which made my stay more convenient and enjoyable. it was a great value for the money spent.
N/A 😊.

review: The studio offered a cozy atmosphere, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette and pleasant landscaping surrounding the hotel. Good amenities and cleanliness really stood out, although the location was tricky to navigate initially. There were limited dining options nearby, so plan ahead for meals. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-02-15}

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with laundry services, which made things easier. While the TV had Chromecast and new movies, we missed some kid-friendly channels. The location, though a bit isolated on weekends, is near lovely parks and eateries like Fisher House and Namaste, perfect for family outings. A little spider scare and a bathroom door needing a wipe were minor blips on an otherwise enjoyable experience. We’d happily stay again!

Really good staff supported us late at night. The extractor fan in the bathroom was annoyingly loud.

The friendly staff contributed significantly to my experience, making me feel welcome at all times. The location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. I’m looking forward to staying here again, as it had everything I needed for a perfect getaway.
There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally spotty.

Clean and spacious studio apartment with practical amenities.
I found the location to be utterly frustrating. It's situated in an industrial distribution area. Transport was nearly non-existent on weekends, which led us to spend extra on hiring a vehicle just to get anywhere. The deposit of NZD 300 felt excessively steep. More than I spent on the room itself, and the refund process is painfully slow, taking up to 10 business days. The need to provide scans of my ID and credit card for after-hours arrival is a huge red flag for security.

The spacious studio apartment offered a comfortable stay. Loved the kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances. The bed was comfy, which ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Parking outside was convenient, though securing a spot could take some time. The air conditioning worked effectively, providing great relief during warm days. Noticed some noise from outside, possibly due to the location.
